IServerPlugin: unload() method

Postby sdevlin » Fri Jan 14, 2005 11:42 pm

I hope this is an easy one:
When is the unload() method called on a plugin? Is there a difference between client and server plugin behavior for this method?

I would like to be able to save the state of the server plugin to a binary file when the application shuts down. I put some code in the unload() method body but it seems to never get called.

Thanks,
Sean

unload is currenlty only called on plugins in developer or client (and not yet in the server, which is fixed in b4)

unload() method of IServerPlugin

Postby sdevlin » Wed May 04, 2005 10:16 pm

Hi,
Is the unload method of IServerPlugin available in the current release (2.2rc6 as of the time of this writing)? It still appears only to be called from Developer and not Server.

Any time table for when this will be ready?

Thanks,
Sean
