mp3 bean or plugin

I need a mp3 plugin or bean to read the tags from an MP3 song, that's in the database!

Has allready anyone else done this? links?

An MP3 playback feature will be a part of the next Media Manager Plugin release. This will be around end-Feb-2005.

I only need to read the tags: songname, duration, etc..etc..
Is this possible?

yes.

both reading tags and media playback will be provided as plugin functions
