New version of Word plugin available

Only a bugfix but an important one.

Sometimes the installation of helper libraries failed when running Servoy Developer on a Windows machine. As a result the Word plugin didn't run.
This only happened with Servoy Developer on Windows and only when no Servoy Client was started up yet.
