Do those views have a row identifier configured?
Because this is something that is changed, if there is no row identifier then it is marked default hidden.
Else i guess this is a side effect, please create a case.

Yes, all views have a non-nullable column which is marked as "row_ident". I will create a case for that.

Are you seeing this in scripting, or just in the SolEx the Database Servers->sever->Views->tableX is marked as hidden?
If you are using a hidden table in a relation/as form datasource/etc you should get a warning/error marker, not deprecation.
If possible, please give some examples of places you are seeing this in.

We are seeing this in several places:
1. Solution Explorer. Even after I mark all views as not hidden (there is a bug in marking them as not hidden - basically I can mark only one at a time, then select a different node on the solution explorer and then go back to the views and mark the next one as not hidden), once I close and re-open Servoy Developer, all views are marked as hidden again - so I just gave up for now.
2. In relations (this is from the warnings panel):

The type JSFoundset<db:/argos_user_data/vw_ap_transaction_totals> is deprecated

This should now be fixed in the next public releases of Servoy 6.0.x and 6.1.
