This week features articles and documentation specifically geared towards the FileMaker Pro developer. Michael Rochard (Excelisys) has a point-by-point feature comparison between FileMaker Pro 7 and Servoy. From Bob Cusick (ClickWare) we get a basic JavaScript primer. From Servoy's documentation comes a couple of items that pertain directly to FileMaker developers. To round things out, included is a link to a movie introduction for the first time Servoy user.

I top things off by peeking into the tanker truck-sized can of FUD surrounding the FileMaker/Servoy controversy and intone my personal view point on why FileMaker Inc. should buy Servoy, why advanced FileMaker developers should add Servoy to their bag of tricks, and how the two development tools could (and should) compliment each other in a perfect world.
