How to develop Servoy Themes?

Hi

I listened to the Webinar about "Sexy User Interfaces" and the presenter said we could do the kind of things he talked about in Servoy. However, I have found very little documentation to that end. So if I have missed the documentation I would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction. I know I can make some customizations using CSS but what if I wanted to changed the image used for the drop down indicator on a combobox or the arrows and slider on a scroll bar etc.

Secondly I wondered if there are third party themes available for Servoy.
