Bringing the Seroy client to the front programatically

Hi folks

On Windows 7 I would like to:

1) Push a web service request from a local web application into a Servoy client (rich client would be ideal)
2) Give that client focus at the front of the screen so the user can work on it immediately.

I understand that Windows rather discourages apps from pushing themselves to the front. Is there a practical workaround?
