Style class information

Hi I was wondering if it was possible to get the text of a styleClass - in a similar manor to that of the JSStyle.text but without having to process the whole of the css file.
Either that or is it possible to access other values from within a styleClass?
Any thought would be appreciated.

What are you trying to achieve?
None of what you're asking can be done, so maybe there's another way to get what you want if you tell us more about your goal.

I'm still trying to crack the resizing issue but I think I'm almost there using tooltips.
