Max Form size to fit on Mac Pro 15" Screen ?

What should my form size be, to fit perfectly on a 1440 x 900 px Mac screen, using Servoy 6.1 Smart Client ?

or, better yet, how many pixels does Smart Client add to a form, W and H ?

is it the same for a "List" View ?

is it different for Windows OS ?

I suspect someone has already figured this out ...
