How many lines a radio control would take

Postby gabid » Thu Oct 10, 2013 10:42 am

Hi guys,

I have one question. Is there a way to know how many lines a radio control would take based on the options provided?

I have many cases, for example a radio control might have the options yes/no/I don't know and this might take only one row. There are cases where the options are: "not at all", "not likely", "likely", etc, these being larger are rendered only two per row, so this control will have more rows.

I need a way, maybe the servoy algorithm itself, to know how many rows a radio control would have, providing the fixed length and the options it has.

Otherwise I have to make a control large enough to accommodate larger options, but which looks ugly for only one row options.

Thanks!
