First thank you in advance the help.
I'm new with Servoy and I have a doubt, respect to "servoy_sample_crm". For creating the navigator menu where you can click in "Customer, Contacts, Orders, Products" I have seen that it is filled by an object with the property "text = %%ítem_name%%" but I don't know how this element is filled, also i have observed in the code of the form "lst_solution_navigation", the method called "setupNav()" where a global variable called "nav_solution" is filled by HTML code but this HTML, although you remove it, the navigator continue being filled and I imagine that it is by the %%ítem_name%%.
Summarizing:

1) What is the object which uses %%ítem_name%% and why is using %%ítem_name%%?
2) Which is the aim of variable "nav_solution"?

Okay, I have seen the first point, the %%ítem_name%% is gotten by a relation.
