For type ahead fields with lists, once the user narrows the list by typing a few characters, they want to arrow down to the desired item and hit the tab key to select the item and simultaneously move to the next field. Currently, they type a few characters, arrow down, hit the enter key (or mouse) to select the item, then hit the tab key to move to the next field...and are complaining that this is too slow for lots of data entry. How do I accomplish this? Is there a setting for this in Servoy?

First thing our customers are complaining about when doing data entry (with Servoy (7))!

In case you can not solve this satisfactorily, you might want to look for an alternative like a full-blown list picker, where speed should not be an issue any more
