streaming data in/out of persistence via Servoy

I would like a client to pipe an input stream into a clob/blob instance on the back end.

How can the client get a ref to an input stream ? Maybe via a file.getInputStream() function ?

How can the stream be piped ? Is there a server.getInputStream().... ?
