GIF Animation not running ?

Hi All ,

I am showing a GIF animation . When I am running a process in the background (Ex - jasper report , for loop) . The GIF animation is not running . Please provide some suggestion . How can I make it run ? . I am also trying to run in the Iframe . Still not running . I need to have it in smart client .

Try setting the mediaOptions to Crop

I have already done media options to crop . Still this is not running.

what do you mean in the background?
In a headless client or something? then it really will be in the background
When you just mean that you have a for loop in the clients code then the animated gif will not animate unless you call now and then (every loop?) application.updateUI()

Thanks for your reply . What I will be doing if I run a jasper report ? .

that needs to be done i think then in some headless client
not sure if the jasper reports plugin only by itself can really generated it in the background.
