How to record voice and playback in servoy web-client

I am looking for a possible solution to record a voice and then save to the database from Servoy web client, which will run on iPad/Mac/Windows PC and all supported browsers.
Is there a plugin or jquery or some alternative for this requirement ?
Following are the details,
Servoy Version : 7.4.x
Java Version : Java 8
OS : Mac, Windows
Devices : iPad, Mac and Windows PC
