Need help using JestJS for E2E testing

Postby rome » Tue Feb 01, 2022 7:45 am

Good day,
We would like to use Jest (JS testing) with Playwright (headless browser) for E2E testing of our NGClient application. I have seen many examples of using Jest for Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript projects, however, it is not clear how to leverage this knowledge so that we can write Jest use cases within Servoy Developer (Eclipse).

What is needed to allow us to integrate Jest?

https://playwright.dev/docs/test-runners#jest--jasmine

We have used playwright as our main E2E testing framework. Written a module that writes a local .log file and can write to Slack.
Not sure how to integrate this into SD. We write it as standalone tests. I`m curious, what is the reason you want to do this?
