Velocity, how to print at the bottom of the last page

With being unable to use "position: fixed" or "position: absolute" in Velocity, is it possible to print content at the bottom of the last page? I can print footers on each page but I need a tear off section to appear at the bottom of the last page. Can anyone direct me to how this is done?
