Static calendar

Postby Morley » Fri Jan 21, 2005 9:52 pm

Is there a way of putting the calendar on a form, always displayed, always ready, clicking OK doesn't dismiss it?

Kind regards,

I don't know about that, but I am going to make available a template for an improved calendar that you tie to the 'onFocusGained' property for a field. It's a Servoy form (not a plugin) which makes it easy to modify. You can make it a permanent fixture on your main form or place it in a window.

I need a few more days to make it presentable and figure out on how to make it a module.

Features:
+ Date & Time
+ switch for date only functionality
+ remembers last date & time
+ now() function
+ navigate calendar in months, years and decades

Just go into File -> Solution Settings and set the "Type" to "Module". DONE. :D

You can also build a calendar in HTML (loads of them on the web)... and then you can setup HTML styles for it, etc.

Sounds like a GREAT IDEA for a module!
