Chinese characters in date

Hi there,

I having a trouble with displaying date within the Jasper report output. Somehow the date included a Chinese character in the month part. The issue only happens the Servoy client but not in the Servoy Developer.

Server: Windows 2008 Chinese version
Servoy version: 3.5.6


I do not have this in another server which is running Windows 2003 (English) and same Servoy version.

i don''t think that forcing a date format will help...
Because the format just tells you where the day/month/year portions need to be, not what it should display. Except ofcourse if you just want to display a number
and the default format does that it uses MM which stands for number not the textual month..

The default formats are pushed to the clients for quite some time now, but i see you are using very old version of servoy, so it could be that we didn't do it in that version.
