Labels in Web Client

I have designed several forms in version 5.1 for use in web client and upon execution, the labels don't line up with the fields. They move the width of the browser, which I do not want. I want them always to be above the data field. Any suggestions appreciated.

I don't understand what is happening and what you would like to happen. Are fields and labels on the same row or column? And how do they show different then in designer?
Please detail a bit.

I have another support request on the forum for text areas in the web client and since they both deal with display in the web. I posted a sample solution to show the issue with text area and labels not lining up with data fields.
