Internet Explorrer Blanks Out Images

Using IE8 it is blanking out some (not all) PNG images within the web client as the image I've uploaded shows.

If I use Chrome or Firefox all the images display fine.

Any ideas as to cause and how I resolve this within Servoy ?

if you make a simple test so just with a self made html file and then that png showing in an img tag
does it show then?

I think IE has or had some problems with PNG files especially that has some transparent stuff in them..

created a simpole html and yes it displayed the png image fine.

I also on 1 form deleted the images and added them back in. The first time they displayed in IE fine, I then claosed the solution and reopened in IE and the images were once again blanked out.

I have tried this on other pc's running IE 7 and they have the same problem so I know its not local to my pc

These images were all resized in Servoy so maybe the issues is related to that (corrupting them some how??).

I guess I have 2 options, resize the images before importing into Servoy or convert to jpg or gif.

Just recreated the images as jpg and resized them to sizes I required, then imported them into Servoy and tried it again.

Still I get the same corruption. The images are blank in IE ...

Iam at a loss as to what to do ?

Whilst all images never had the transparent property checked some were displayed correctly.

However I noticed if I checked the transpoarent property of any image that wasn't displaying correctly it works. As a result I've checked all images to be transparent.

Not sure I understand as I thought I was just using a default property ....
