Portal problem in WebClient

Hello,

I currently encounter a problem with the object Portal, in WebClient.

This phenomenon does not occur locally, but only with the solution installed on the server.

The problem is: when you go to a page containing a portal, it does not load (or but extremely long to load) and displays "Loading ...". To correctly display the portal and bypass the problem, we have to simply refresh the page, but this is not a satisfactory solution.

can you create a case in our support system for this issue, with a sample ? as it
is hard to see what can cause this
