tabIndex on a label created with solutionModel

we are using solutionModel to create a calendar, with it's grids, and events per day.
I want to navigate to another form when i click on an event; for this i use tabIndex:

forms.cal_main.elements.tab_body.tabIndex = 1;

the event is bound using clientdesignmode:

forms["calendar_month"].controller.setDesignMode(null, null, onSelected, null);

and the same thing works if it is ran from a simple button

But i see a servoy log error; you can see it in the attached file.
All is happening in webclient, using servoy 6.1.3.

Any help is greatly appreciated
