Flashes "No File Selected" after upload a file

Hi All,

I am facing a strange UI issue with file plugin. I want to upload a file in web client, so I am using plugins.file.showFileOpenDialog, it will open a dialog with Browse and Upload button. When I am browse a file, I can able to see a file name but when i am clicking on "Upload" button then it flashes a dialog with "No file Selected" text just before the dialog going to close.
