Relation columns re-ordered by Servoy

Postby Gary R. Schaecher » Thu Oct 02, 2008 4:14 pm

We are using team sharing and have noticed when we synch we are getting back some of our relations (incoming changes) that haven't been touched by any developers. We noticed that the order or vertical arrangement of columns is being changed. Is Servoy doing this to optimize a where clause? It's as if there is a ghost in the machine :). Does anyone else notice this and if so, it this normal or a bug. We are in 4.0.1 build 635.

hi Gary,

the order of the columns is based on theier creation time.
if the relation file is created on checkout, the order of the columns is that
from the team repository, if you have created the relation, the columns are
saved on the team repo in the order they are in the obj file.
is this issue reproduceable ? can you give me some more info how you got that incoming changes ?

regards,
Gabi
