Issue with buttons in Eclipse/Linux

Postby Roberto Blasco » Sun Apr 18, 2010 9:29 pm

Hi all!.

Has anyone resolved the problem with eclipse and linux? (sometimes buttons don't work on clicks).

I've googled and found this solution

#!/bin/sh
export GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=1
/opt/eclipse-3.5/eclipse

but it doesn't work with Servoy

#!/bin/sh
export GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=1
/opt/Servoy/developer/servoy

Best regards. Roberto.

Roberto,

The issue with some buttons not reacting on a button-click is a bug in Eclipse/GTK 3.5.0 which Servoy 5.1 is based on.
If the button-click does not work, a workaround is to hit ENTER, it will activate the button.

I could not find a dialog that is not working now, do you have a dialog that is not working?

Thanks Rob.

The only problem I have is with the buttons. We will wait for the issue to be fixed by Eclipse :wink: .
