I accidentally clicked the close box on the problems tab, and I would like to get it back. How do I do that? I don't remember clicking the close box on the bookmarks tab, but it is gone too. How do I get these back?

From Menu bar got to Window > Reset Perspective... and click Ok

you can reset it yes, but why not just add the views back in?

In eclipse you do that by: Window (menu) -> Show View ->
Choose one that is there or say "Other"
that will popup a dialog with all the views.

If you search for "Bookmarks" you will find that view and you can select it to bring in back into your current perspective

I'm on a mac. I did eventually figure this out; there is a funny little button at the extreme lower left of the eclipse screen, which pops up a window that lets you add things back in to that section.
