Is there a possibility to export the DB schema directly from the developer to a database relationship diagram?

Check out http://ermaster.sourceforge.net/

Not as pretty as a tool like Omnigraffle but way more features such as import from database, various level of views (can display no columns, keys, or all columns for example), see all kinds of details, export many different ways, change tracking, etc.
