HOW to see postgreSQL db values and insert new values?

Could you help me anyone please..its very urgent.

I m very new to servoy plaform.I tried to create one sample login page and i have to connect with postgreSQL db.So
I need to know "How to insert values into table into the table by manually or by using Query?".

Is it possible to insert value by manually?if it yes,How??
