This running in a batch processor. The transaction is started, then a series of methods execute inside a try/catch block and if an error is returned the transaction is rolled back, in theory at least!
The error catching seems to be working OK and I'm guessing this is to do with the attempted rollback failing in some way. Any clues welcome!
