Maintenance Mode and Updating Servoy Sequences

Is it by any chance safe to do an Update Servoy Sequences from the admin console while the server is in Maintenance Mode and clients are still connected? I'm assuming not. I assume that this could still mess things up for the connected clients, but I just wanted to check. Thanks.
