Disallowing client application to access server

Hi,

Does Servoy application server have a functionality to disallow client applications to access the server temporarily? We'd like to lock jnlp downloading while we are upgrading the server. The upgrade may include uploading of a solution file, restructuring of folder structure, and adding files in the file system.
