Connection to database servers refused

Postby bobm » Tue Nov 13, 2012 3:23 am

Servoy version 6.1.2 - build 1421 on Windows 8

yesterday all connections were fine, today I open server Developer and the database that are in PGAdmin are not available. When I try to enable the servers I get the following error message:

Connection refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.

Some forum messages indicate there may be an issue with the anti-virus software or fire wall. Neither have changed from yesterday, but I did uninstall anti-virus software and disabled firewaall just in case. Below is the Server log. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance

Thanks Tom - That was it - I needed to set the postgres service to run manually instead of automatically.
