Can't access Servoy Application Server Admin page.

Hi All ,

I am facing trouble to access servoy admin page. I am running servoy application server as a service. The service showing that the application server is running with some PID.But i couldn't able to access servoy admin page. I have tried with different ports also but no luck. And there is no information in the log file.


Please guide me what was the issue.

Servoy Version : 6.0.1
Java : 6
OS : Mac OSX

Is another service already using the Servoy port when the Servoy service starts up?

is it just the admin page?
or can't you access anything like the root (smart client launch screen) or the webclient start screen?

Hi Jcompagner ,

I can't access smart client launch screen also.

@david , i have checked there is no other application using the same port.

Mainly , this is happen , In the server machine, when the battery fails which disable the write cache and if i manually apply the force write cache.

so on the port locally on the machine so:
localhost:8080

does that work?

If that works and the outside world can't access it then guess some firewall blocks it.

Sorry for the delay in reply.

@jcompagner , i can see localhost:8080 ( samart client launcher) but i couldn't able to download the jnlp file . After re - installing the application server , its working fine. Still i couldn't able to figure out what was the issue.
