shared_solution_dir

Postby Zuke » Mon Jul 01, 2013 11:53 am

Hi All

I know we can manually set the servoy.smartclient.shared_solution_dir in the admin pages.
My question is this.

Can we use windows variables in the path for example

Code: Select all
%USERPROFILE%/AppData

I have tried this but it doesn't seem to work as the cache is going elsewhere.

Any help would be appreciated.

OS variables are not expanded, since Java does have no knowledge about these.

Hi

Is this configurable any other way in the web start config?

I found this doc on the oracle site which hints that a config file may be used by infrastructure to set the cache dir

http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/te ... rties.html

Is this not the case
