Application server shows i18n keys after database change

I changed the application server svy_framework database because of a problem. Now, the i18n keys are showed on the server instead of the translation.

Before the translation was shown in the developer and on the application server.

Why the i18n keys are shown, after database change? Also, why some keys like: "Dateiname" are correct translated?
