Upgrading 8.0.1 to 8.0.3 in a WAR Deployment

Postby dfernandez » Wed Apr 13, 2016 4:57 pm

Hi,

I want to upgrade a WAR Deployment that is running with Servoy 8.0.1 to version 8.0.3.

What should I do?
Generate a new war file from the 8.0.3 Developer with the same name?
or is there a way tu upgrade Servoy components in the Tomcat installation on the server?

Regards

Correct.

No because the war file will see the difference and reapply it's (older) files. This is how WAR deployments work.

Hope this helps.

Thank you!

The present solutions will be there (solutions imported from file in that servoy-admin), or should be reimported?

You don't need to re-import the solution. It will just work.

Hope this helps.
