Jasper Output Path on WAR deployment

I am running the jasper report plugin and outputting a report as PDF to be displayed in pdfViewer web component. The system works well in developer but not in the WAR deployed solution.
File written to and confirmed to exist in
C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 8.5\Servoy\.servoy\server\mySolution\reports\2B5C3DAF.pdf
URL for pdfViewer

Application is NGClient
