Is there any GUI Database management like MS SQL Server Enterprise Management for Sybase database?

Yes, download the SYbase Central which is included in the developer edition of Ianywhere.

You can also find the default user name and password for a Sybase
database connection on page 501 in the Settings chapter of the Servoy
Developer Edition Volume 1: User's Guide.
