Problems in Linux

I have been developing with Servoy in Windows with no problems. I now want to run it in Linux (Fedora 2) but I keep getting this error on startup.

DBCP borrowObject failed: java.sql.SQLException: JZ006: Caught IOException: java .net.ConnectException: Connection refused

Anyideas on why I might be getting this error?
