Linux - cannot instantiate RMI socket factory

Postby jdbruijn » Mon Jul 12, 2021 10:43 pm

I'm playing with deploying Servoy WAR file on Tomcat9 running on a Raspberry PI. Now I have had it working, but I changed something and now my Servoy Server will not start anymore after deploying it on Tomcat.
The error log shows the following error:
12-Jul-2021 22:33:34.861 SEVERE [Catalina-utility-1] org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.listenerStart Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class [com.servoy.j2db.server.servlets.WarClientServletContextListener]

So for some reason it cannot open/access the RMI ports for the server. I have tried to upload my backup of the previous WAR file, which worked, and it gives me the same error. Anybody any idea's on how I can fix this error?

Extra question are the RMI ports necessary when running only NG client and API headless clients?
