Rejected unauthenticated access

I would like to ask help for this problem that is happening on one of our servers.
Details:
Servoy version 2022.3.0 -releaseNumber 3742
This is a linux server , I think, and last week they changed it.
After changing it there are errors that suddenly appeared.
1. Smart clients are now being disconnected or unregistered
2. Headless clients also.
3. The headless clients are running according to the batch proccessors, because it is running, but on the Clients menu or page of the servoy-admin , the Headless clients are not registered.
Clients that are registered before and now they lost authentication.
I don't know if there are ports that are not open on that server. I'm not really good with linux servers , sorry.
Could someone help me with this issue ?
