Servoy in combination with Symantec Endpoint Protection

My customer has problem that servoy smart client is not working when Symantec Endpoint Protection is installed.
Has anyone experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection and knows how to fix this.
The port used to the (internal) servoy server is 8088.
Could that be a problem? Should this port perhaps been excluded from being protected?
