Servoy Icon in Windows Quick Launch Taskbar Gets Corrupted

Has anyone else see the random issue where, if a user has a Servoy icon in their Windows Quick launch Taskbar, it will become corrupted for some unknown reason?

The Servoy icon on the desktop launches properly and to fix the problem all they have to do is delete the Quick Launch icon and pull down a new version from the desktop.

This seems to happen completely at random and no other quick launch icons seem to become corrupted.

Ideas? Anyone? Bueller? Ferris Bueller?

The launch icon on the desktop starts the application from cache (see how it's target looks like). Because the cache can change, the launch icon changes as well, but the quick-launch item remains out of date.
If you want to avoid this you can create a quick launch icon that points directly to the server jnlp. For example:

Code: Select all
http://yourserver/servoy-client/servoy_client/solutionName.jnlp

Or maybe redirect to your desktop icon if you really want to start from cache :).
