Flow Layout / Responsive Design

Postby sbutler » Sat Nov 01, 2014 9:07 pm

I've updated to the latest release, Version: 8.0.0 a8 - build 3007, and I'm still not seeing any of the features related to the Flow Layout (responsive design features). Am I just missing where it would be, or is it not in the alpha yet? If its not in there yet, can you share any info with how Paolo got it working for the demo you gave at ServoyWorld? I do see a JSLayoutContainer in the SolutionModel if that is somehow related.

Thanks!

Hi Scott,

preferences > servoy > form editor
tick 'Use experimental form editor for regular forms'
That'll do the job...

Yes, I know that one, but that doesn't do the job. Still nothing there related to Flow Layout / Responsive Design.

So, I see the JSLayoutContainer is basically a group with the extra cssClasses property to do the BootStrap stuff. However, I can only make a new Layout Container though the Solution Model. I guess the UI to add them isn't there yet?

Yes, currently solutionModel only. This is also how the demo was created.
