Accordion Container Height

I cannot get the individual tabs of the accordion to anchor to the bottom. The Accordion container anchors (stretches) to the bottom of the page but the tabs remain at whatever the height of the accordion is in the form at development time. See attached solution for example.

Am I doing something incorrect or is this a bug?
