Problem saving date

Hi

We don't manage to save a date (birth date) into our (Sybase) database with the deployed NG client solution. Launched from developer, the application runs fine. Any ideas, what might cause the problem?

- we did enter a format (display and enter). On the fields and on the admin page of the servoy application server.
- we did remove the format on field.
- we made it type data, we made it a type datetime.

The behavior: We can enter the value and leave the field. Everything «looks» ok. But the value does not get saved into the database (the value is also not in the foundset). Any help is much appreciated. Otherwise we must turn it back into a string

We use Servoy 8.1.1 (problem was also in 8.1.0)
Java 8.0.66
OS X 10.11.6

Seems like a parsing problem to me. Do you have any exceptions in browser or logs ?

No, nothing.

Solved it. Made the field of displayType Calendar instead of Text field.
