Using servoy.webclient.pageexpired.page for NG Client

Postby huber » Fri Jan 05, 2018 1:08 pm

Hi

We'd like to use a dedicated page for the page expired situation and have put the name of the file, i. e. pageExpired.html in the field servoy.webclient.pageexpired.page in the NG and Web Client Settings of the Servoy Application Server.
The content of the file is following code:

Code: Select all
<img src="kantiLogo.jpg" alt="Logo der Schule" width="300"/>
<div style= "font-family: Helvetica, Arial, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size:16px; margin:25px; width:600px";>
   <p>
      Ihre Sitzung ist nach 5 Minuten Inaktivität abgelaufen.<br><br>
      Bitte melden Sie sich erneut an, sollten Sie Ihre Arbeit noch nicht beendet haben.
   </p>
</div>

The file on the Windows Server is at: C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 9.0\webapps\ROOT as is described in the Servoy documentation.

Unfortunately the page is not displayed after the expiration time. The default expired page is shown as expected, so it seems our pageExpired.html is not found, i. e. at the wrong place or the content of the file causes a problem.

Any hint is appreciated.
