Servoy Package Manager Issues

Hello all!

I am having trouble with getting my servoy package manager to show up in solutions that aren't defined as NG Solutions. I have a test NG solution which I have been using and when I open up the package manager from the NG Client Only Solution I have no issues. When I open the package manager through a Normal solution my package manager never loads. I have tried side loading packages from the NG Client through the package manager but that hasn't worked for me. Is there a URL I can use in the package manager to get access to NG packages?
