Phonegap service webpackage download

When I try to download the Phonegap service from the Servoy Package manager I get the following error:

Cannot load remote web packages, either you're not connected to the internet or the remote repository is not accesible.

Please check the Servoy log file for more details. Click the refrseh bellow to try again.

I have no problem downloading any other webpackages, so I think this is not a problem with a connection to the internet.

Can someone help me?
